It was an incredible day for Keylin and Kinstone Group with Serenity Green winning the ‘Boutique Development’ award category at UDIA Qld’s 2023 Awards for Excellence.
Keylin and Kinstone Group are beyond thrilled to have taken home top honours in the Boutique Development category at today’s UDIA Queensland Awards for Excellence, for Serenity Green on the northern Gold Coast.
As the first medium-density development within our Serenity 4212 masterplanned community in Helensvale, Serenity Green sets a high standard of design and development. We extend our sincere thanks and appreciation to our project team, consultants, builder Greyburn Building Contractors, and the founding residents of Serenity Green who helped bring this incredible project to life.
