Another milestone for Serenity 4212, with a new Development Application (DA) lodged with Gold Coast City Council this week for the next stage of development. Referred to as ‘Stage 9’ in the masterplan, the vision for the 2.2ha site includes a collection of 20 four-bedroom villas, most with exclusive waterfront access, and two sculptural four-level residential buildings comprising 83 two, three and four-bedroom apartments. All residences will have access to the precinct’s private amenities including a resort-style pool with extensive gardens, seating, and barbecue areas.
