The Development Application (DA) for our new 2.2ha residential precinct known as Stage 9 in the Serenity 4212 masterplan has been approved by the Gold Coast City Council. This premium owner-occupier precinct reflects and celebrates its proximity to Lake Serenity and the Coombabah Lakelands Conservation Area and complements the adjoining residential precincts.
