Keylin and Kinstone Group announce the beginning of building their latest community

Keylin and Kinstone Group are proud to announce they have appointed PBS Building to bring to life their latest Gold Coast master-planned residential community, Serenity Reserve.

Serenity Reserve makes up one third of Serenity 4212 property development project.

With works commencing in October 2021, the project includes 86 townhomes featuring 4 bedroom, 2 bath & 2 car in a private gated estate. Serenity Reserve will also boast impressive resident facilities including a resort styled pool, BBQ area, gym and recreation landscape areas.

As a result of the success of previous releases, the latest opportunity has been brought forward and is now available to register your interest in the final release townhomes at Serenity Reserve.

With the building contract for Serenity Reserve now appointed to PBS Building, Keylin’s Managing Director Louis Cheung says he is excited to start construction.

Serenity Waters – Meet your neighbours!

Buyers of Serenity Waters have been able to experience their first ever event in their own backyards over the Easter period.

With champagne flowing, morning tea served, face painting and balloons, this family friendly event was created by the developer to provide a time where those who have purchased their homes in Serenity Waters were able to connect with their community and meet their new neighbours.

There was also a display of local council support with councillor William Owen-Jones present at the event.

Developer partnership Keylin and Kinstone agreed that it is of a high level of importance that the residents of the sell out stage be given the opportunity to meet each other to establish a sense of community before they are handed the keys to their new luxury, waterfront town homes.

The level of security and exclusivity was also at the forefront of the event as buyers entered their gated community grounds and met with a limited number of lots.

Residents were able to be immersed in their vision for what their days will look like with the event being hosted at the park overlooking the Coombabah lake.

With lush parklands and waterfront vistas, there are endless possibilities for where these community connections will go with the construction of their homes expected to be completed from mid next year.
