Serenity 4212 is a 65-hectare master-planned residential community with a vision to create an enviable waterfront lifestyle amid an extraordinary natural environment. Offering some of the last large, premium waterfront land and premium townhomes in one of the most sought-after lifestyle precincts on the Gold Coast, more than a third of Serenity 4212 has been dedicated back to the nature reserve and gifted to the Gold Coast City Council.

Part of the vision for Serenity 4212 was to embrace the conservation area, respecting the reserve and creating connections and views over the wide waterways of Coombabah Creek and Lake to the green of the Coombabah Environmental Reserve.

As part of the development conditions for Serenity 4212 and because the site ties in seamlessly with the existing Coombabah Wetlands, Keylin and Kinstone Group have dedicated 27-hectares of open space back to the City of the Gold Coast. This additional land extends the existing Coombabah Lakelands Conservation Area, consisting of more than 1200-hectares of wetland eucalypt forest and mangrove habitat. Part of the internationally significant Southern Moreton Marine Park, the Coombabah Lakelands Conservation Area is registered in the Ramsar Convention on Wetlands of International Importance and plays an important role for local fauna being a migratory waterbird and fish habitat.
