Over 80% of the 110 waterfront homesites in Serenity Waters have sold with the community generating over $70 million in sales in just over seven months.

As one of the most sought-after lifestyle precincts on the Gold Coast, Serenity 4212 has been met with exceptional demand with the pandemic not impacting buyers’ decision to purchase within the master-planned community.

Serenity Waters, the first release in the Serenity 4212 community, has become one of the city’s best-selling land estates as buyers look to secure some of the last remaining waterfront land on the Northern Gold Coast.
