Brisbane-based residential development company Keylin have catapulted into the new year off the back of their incredibly successful 2020 as the company continue produce first class projects, specifically in the northern Gold Coast at the $650 million Serenity 4212 project.

With the continual domination of projects and sell out residential developments, Keylin has within 12 months of launching Serenity 4212, acquired over $107 million in sales alone.

Serenity 4212 is located in the Helensvale area and is undoubtably the Gold Coast’s North Shores’ largest, most spectacular waterfront townhouses and land developments available for investors and owner-occupiers.
