The master-planned community, Serenity 4212, will include a selection of waterfront lots. The blocks will overlook Lake Serenity and also front Coombabah Lakes.

“There is no land left to create master-planned communities of the calibre of what is remaining at Serenity, which will add a small supply to a diminishing and finite commodity,” said Tony Ashwin, of Ashwin Property.“We’re really excited because we have an existing approval for a master-planned precinct that is nestled within one of the most idyllic waterfront, marine and flora and fauna locations on the Gold Coast.”

Serenity 4212 will include 98 waterfront lots where all waterfront homeowners will have exclusive use of their waterfront with approvals in place for pontoons. The project’s masterplan will include a range of homesites from North-facing waterfront sites overlooking Lake Serenity to waterfront homesites adjacent to the Coombabah Lakelands. Townhouses and apartments, as well as a mini-marina, are proposed. Boaties will have ocean access from Lake Serenity via a lock system into the creek which feeds into the Coomera River.
