Local and interstate buyers have snapped up land in Serenity Waters to the tune of over $55 million as they rush to secure some of the last remaining waterfront land in the Northern Gold Coast.

The sales have defied expectations with 75 of Serenity Waters’ 110 blocks of land selling since sales commenced in April this year.

The strong sales achieved to date point to the high demand there is for waterfront land in the region.

Serenity Waters offers a great value proportion with reserve and waterview land priced from just $499,000 and North-facing, absolute waterfront land priced from $675,000.

Following the strong interest witnessed in Serenity Waters, developers Keylin and Kinstone have recently launched the community’s latest luxury instalment, Serenity Green.

Serenity Green offers a combination of 60 architecturally designed, 4-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom townhomes. The community has been met with immediate high interest with remaining townhomes priced from $535,000.

The gated community has been met with exceptional demand, receiving over 350 enquiries in one month and receiving 20 deposits.

Louis Cheung, Director of Keylin said there isn’t much else on the market with the same level of offerings as the Serenity Green community in such a beautiful and exclusive location.

“Serenity Green truly represents a unique value proposition and the level of interest we have received in the community to date has come as no surprise,” said Mr Cheung.

Eligible buyers of Serenity Green can take advantage of up to $40,000 in government incentives, including the $15,000 First Home Owners Grant and the $25,000 Home Builder Scheme.

Final settlements of the first two releases in Serenity 4212 are set to occur later this year allowing residents to enjoy their new homes from 2021.
