Brisbane-based landscaping and construction company, Penfold Projects, has been selected to design and deliver the luxurious landscaping surroundings within the Serenity 4212 community.

The master-planned residential community is situated on a pristine 65-hectare parcel of land on the banks of Lake Serenity and adjacent to the internationally-protected Coombabah Lakelands Conservation Area.

Penfold Projects has been selected to create a landscape that honours and compliments Serenity’s natural surrounds.

Since work on the community commenced in April this year, over 1,900 trees and 43,000 plants have been plated in Serenity, lining the 2km of roads in the community.

The team at Penfold Projects has also hand-selected Royal Cuban and Canary palm trees to create a grand entryway statement to the Serenity Waters estate.

Penfolds Projects has been operating across South East Queensland since 1997 and consists of a highly skilled team of landscapers, horticulturalists, and designers.

Led by Todd Penfold, with over 20 years of industry experience, Penfold Projects is renowned for designing landmark projects in the commercial, residential and government sectors.

Penfold Projects’ diverse portfolio of work includes the Arcadia Residences development in Brisbane’s West End, the North Queensland Stadium – a 25,000-seat multi-purpose stadium in Townsville – and the Toowoomba East State High School.

Penfold Projects honour their environmental commitments through the projects they deliver. The company’s understanding of how green elements grow and transform over time ensures that the beauty of the communities they develop will remain for years to come.

Keylin, one of the joint venture partners delivering Serenity 4212, sets out to create premium, purpose-built communities that withstand the test of time and enrich buyers’ lives – a mission that the landscaping surrounds of Serenity 4212 will help to achieve.
