Residents of Serenity 4212 are set to benefit from a range of increased infrastructure coming to the northern Gold Coast region, including the Helensvale Park ‘n’ Ride, the Coomera Connector and the Cross River Rail project, offering increased connectivity to the wider Gold Coast and Brisbane areas.

The new, multi-storey Helensvale Park ‘n’ Ride will see the creation of an additional 450 car spaces which will help to reduce congestion on the M1 by encouraging more commuters to take the train.

Further infrastructure benefitting residents of Serenity is the Coomera Connector which will see six new lanes of traffic created running parallel to the M1.

The project will decrease queuing and congestion by offering alternate routes for local traffic.

Plans for the Coomera Connector also include designated paths for walking and bike riding.

As part of the Cross River Rail project a new train station will be created at Helensvale North and Pimpama, set to be integrated into the existing rail network.

As passenger numbers on Queensland’s rail network have increased by more than five per cent in the past five years, the Cross River Rail project will create an additional 3150 seats.

The project is set to take 15 minutes off the trip to Brisbane, allowing residents to travel from the Helensvale tail station to Brisbane CBD in under 45 minutes.

Helensvale is the only suburb on the Gold Coast with both light and heavy rail options. The planned stage 4 expansion of the Gold Coast light rail will offer residents of Serenity easier access to the southern Gold Coast, and the Gold Coast domestic and international airport.

Located at 480 Helensvale Road, Helensvale Serenity 4212 is less than 15 minutes from the Helensvale train station and is within easy access to a range of shopping centres including Westfield Helensvale and Coomera and the Harbour Town Premium Outlets.

For families looking to call Serenity 4212 home, a range of great school and childcare facilities are also within close proximity.
