Local and Interstate Buyers Drawn to $650 Million Waterfront Community

Local and interstate owner-occupiers are being drawn to the Gold Coast North Shore’s latest and final, master-planned waterfront development, Serenity 4212.

The $650 million project has tapped into insatiable demand for waterfront living, selling over 80 per cent of the first release, Serenity Waters, since April this year.

The new residential community offers some of the last remaining waterfront land in the northern Gold Coast, offers buyers a final opportunity to secure a waterfront homesite in the prized location.

“The great interest we are seeing is largely driven by knowledge that Serenity will be the final community of its type in the area,” said Mr Cheung.

“The ability for buyers to purchase water or lake fronting land within the community and build their own home, to their specific tastes, is attracting a range of local and interstate owner-occupiers.”

Serenity Waters will feature three architecturally designed waterfront parks, which are proving to be an attractive offering for young families purchasing within the community.

Located on the eastern side of Helensvale, the community is ideally located just 10 minutes from a range of retail facilities including the Hope Island Market Place, Westfield Helensvale and the Harbour Town Premium Outlets as well as a range of great amenities and schools.

Access to the Gold Coast Waterways through a Lock-Controlled Lake System

The team at Golding Contractors, which is undertaking Serenity 4212’s civil works, are responsible for creating a navigational lock-control water system to link Lake Serenity in the heart of the community to the Saltwater Creek.

Serenity 4212 offers residents premium waterfront lots along the 18ha lake with almost 360-degree water views on offer.

The navigation lock can accommodate boats up to 15 metres long and 4 metres wide, and with a draft of up to 1.5 metres.

Data collated by research Colleen Coyne revealed that Serenity 4212 will be the only community in the northern Gold Coast to offers residents access to a lock-controlled waterway.

Keylin director Louis Cheung said boaties will have direct ocean access from Lake Serenity to the broader Hope Island marine and leisure precinct, allowing residents to lead a great outdoor-oriented lifestyle, adding to the level of luxury on offer.

Tony Ashwin, Director of Ashwin Property who is marketing the project, said a quarter of inquiries have come from northern Gold Coasters who are well aware of the scarcity of waterfront land in this area.

“Buyers of Serenity are very keen to stake a claim on these properties – they know there’s nothing more after this,” said Mr Ashwin.

Residents of Serenity will also benefit from living on the banks of the internationally protected Coombabah Lakelands Conservation Area which offers a diverse range of Australian flora or fauna including over a quarter of Australia’s birdlife species and migratory birds.

Prospective buyers, interested exploring all the Serenity 4212 community has to offer, are able to get a true feel for the waterfront lifestyle on offer through personal on-site boat tours undertaken on-site by the Serenity sales team.
