Serenity 4212 is being undertaken in a joint venture between two well-established Brisbane-based development companies, Keylin and Kinstone Group, which have a combined existing development portfolio of $250 million in South-East Queensland.
Keylin has played a major role in transforming central Hope Island on the Northern Gold Coast over the last three years, developing almost $100 million in high quality and diverse residential projects from townhouses to apartments.
