Serenity 4212 is being undertaken in a joint venture between two well-established Brisbane-based development companies, Keylin and Kinstone Group, which have a combined existing development portfolio of $250 million in South-East Queensland.
Keylin has played a major role in transforming central Hope Island on the Northern Gold Coast over the last three years, developing almost $100 million in high quality and diverse residential projects from townhouses to apartments.
Kinstone Group boasts experience in residential subdivisions, townhouse and apartment projects, as well as hotels through its 4.5-star, $70 million Novotel South Brisbane project which was completed in 2018.
