Commencement of Construction Begins at Sickle Park
Keylin – one of the proud joint venture partners developing Serenity, also behind the Park Cove community in Hope Island – have recently commenced work on creating additional facilities at Sickle Park, located adjacent to Park Cove.
Keylin lodged plans with the Gold Coast City Council earlier this year to include terrace seating overlooking the canal, public parking spaces, new barbeque and picnic shelters and road and storm water drainage upgrades within the park.
The much-anticipated work on the park commenced this month and is expected to be completed in the second quarter next year.
Residents of Park Cove, as well as the broader Helensvale/ Hope Island community, will be able to the range of added activities and facilities to be available through Sickle Park.
Access to the improved Sickle Park, combined with close proximity to glistening waterways and remarkable golf courses offers residents a prestigious northern Gold Coast lifestyle.
Director of Ashwin Property, Tony Ashwin, said that there has been increasing interest in Hope Island over recent years with a great deal of development and infrastructure underway to support the growth.
“Hope Island is a coming of age area with great lifestyle opportunities and offers residents a unique sanctuary and community with close proximity to a range of retail, recreational and dining facilities,” said Mr Ashwin.
“Despite the growth of the area, its great amenities and prized waterfront location, the northern Gold Coast continues to offer incredible value for money.”
Keylin has been a major contributor to the development of the Hope Island area over the past three years, creating over $100 million worth of new residential projects which have been met with exceptional demand.
Sickle Park is located adjacent to Park Cove and is just 5 minutes from Serenity 4212 which also offers residents private access to three architecturally designed waterfront parks.
